Yet again, another fabulous evening!
Thank you for allowing me to work alongside you and act on Cardinal’s behalf. Their guests were so happy and very impressed with Elegant Eating. Your presentation, the wonderful selection of passed hors d’oeuvres, your flexibility with changes, and of course, the exceptional staff who work with you.
As Tina Turner would say in the lyrics to her song, “You’re simply the best, better than all the rest” !!

It was a delight!!! and truly a "good ole Elegant Eating party" at it's best.
The food was exceptional and what made it so perfect was the wonderful staff.

I wanted to send a note that the lunch you delivered last week to the house was out of this world delicious. Thank you for making the lunch meeting extra special.
The beef was cooked to perfection, the chicken was awesome, the salads were delicious and the lobster rolls excellent as well.
The desserts were off the charts, the chocolate and banana pudding/mousse were the best I ever had.

I am sorry I have let so much time go by without reaching out to you to tell you how wonderful everything was on that day. The food was amazing, the servers were fabulous and it made the day perfect all around! Thank you for your patience in working out the details with me and for providing a level of service that is often unseen in today's world. An added thank you for being aware of my son's peanut allergy and making sure your staff was right on top of that.

We have been using Elegant Eating to cater various events for years. Last weekend, they catered my graduation party and the food was phenomenal, as usual! Neil made planning the menu so easy and Myra’s decoration suggestions were perfect! The staff was so professional and attentive during the party, which allowed us to mingle and really enjoy ourselves! All of my guests could not stop raving about how cute and delicious the appetizers were (especially the artichoke bites!) and many of them asked for the company’s information before they left. I could not have asked for a better day and Elegant Eating was a large part of that! Thank you!

My wife threw me a surprise 60th birthday party last month and the comments still roll in about the food catered by Elegant Eating. The appetizers provided were outstanding. The cheese platter was probably one of the bigger hits along with so many others. The main entries of many different dishes were over the top wonderful. What made the night a bucket list moment was the extraordinary servers that went above and beyond for all of our guests. Neil and Judy were fantastic to deal with and proved to us we were in good hands. We will be using Elegant Eating again in the near future and gladly recommend them to anyone looking to cater a large or small gathering. We had 100 guests and merely had to show up and enjoy the party, everything else was handled so efficiently by them.

I have been remisce in sending this email to thank you for the catering for Tom's 50th party. So a few days late. but still thankful the food was delicious!
A crowd favorite were the steak skewers. And I will say the best advice was from Neil to put the antipasto cheese on the Rosemary bread afterwards .toasted. it was absolutely delicious and I ate too much of it!
