I attended your Greek cooking class a few nights ago. What a treat!! This is the second cooking class I have attended. Food was delicious, instruction was easy and straight forward and the bonus was to be served the four course meal by your staff afterwards. I wish I could attend all your classes. I will be back soon!!!

The food was superb, the presentation magnificent!
OMG those short ribs were incredible. Everyone was raving. But there was nothing that they didn't rave about. The cheese pull apart breads were a hit, too.
I think you did something different with the eggplant. And, although it was great before, this batch was out of this world. A few people were asking where the food came from. I gave them all the info. I hope they will be calling you for some Holiday goodies.

Hi Myra and Neil,
We can't thank you enough for the fabulous party we had this past Saturday!
Under most circumstances, planning a party remotely is a nightmare. (My husband and I live in CT but, we wouldn't dream of having my father-in-law's 90th Birthday anywhere but his American Legion Hall in St. James, NY.) We were very unsure of what was available at the hall but, your team arrived on Saturday morning totally prepared and took the show under control.
Elegant Eating made the whole process easy:
* Booking the party with Neil was a snap, we secured the date and you gave us ample time to work out the details as the date got closer.
* Menu planning with Myra was great. We had some ideas and she added some things we wouldn't have thought of. The fresh fruit cups and baked on the spot chocolate chips were a big hit!
* The staff couldn't have been better! Karen, Judy and Greg were awesome. They made everyone feel at home and relaxed. They were so attentive, Karen even offered to hold my grandson so I could eat with the other guests. (I refused to give him up of course:-)
* Clean up was fantastic.
Thanks for making a very special day so much better.

Just wanted to thank you for your assistance in putting together a basket for my parents. According to my mother it was FILLED with a huge assortment of food items that is suited for both of their health needs and preferences. She also loved the bow, which she describes as more "elegant" than she has ever seen. And, she has put is aside in a special box so I can see it for myself. All I can say is "WELL DONE". I will certainly keep you in mind for future events.

I am so late but.I meant to email you to tell you what a great job you did . on Aug. 13th. The food was great.I especially loved the new mini hors d'oeuvres deals.the staff was fabulous (esp. Luis). They were lucky with the weather (not your doing, of course).great staff, food, bar and guests.what else could anyone ask for? There were one or two difficult guests and Luis, in particular was great. In addition, he was VERY mindful of several toddlers and the home's many steps.he watched them as if they were his own. It was a lovely evening.thanks.

Hi Myra,
I want to thank you and your staff for making our wedding truly perfect! The food was outstanding (even the non-vegetarians were impressed!) and your staff was so professional. I know the Vanderbilt Museum is not an easy place to cater an event, but they pulled it off seamlessly! Every detail was attended to and they made it possible for Eric and me to enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything. Our guests have told us that it was the best wedding they ever attended.
Thank you for all of your help with creating the menu and for answering all of my questions. We are so glad we decided to use Elegant Eating for our wedding! I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a caterer.

I just left you folks a voice mail message.
On behalf of my entire family - THANK YOU for a wonderful event.
We had a 5 minute bumpy start, after my Mom got over the concept that someone was going to be in her kitchen cooking (no one has besides her for the past 50 years), things went brilliantly.
Melanie and Gina were sweethearts - they were on top of everything - even in the extreme heat.
The food was wonderful - thank you for the wonderful asian noodle salad -it was a hit.
