Hi Myra and Neil,
I just wanted to drop a note letting you know what a wonderful time we had last night. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. We look forward to doing it again sometime soon. I will be sure to pass the word along. what a great idea for a special birthday celebration.
By the way, I am making the salad dressing and rice balls for my company tonight! They are both sure to be a big hit.

Dear Myra and Neil,
I am writing this note to thank you for helping me make my future daughter-in-law the most fabulous bridal shower ever!!! It was everything I hoped for and more.and I'm tough to please! From the moment I walked in and saw the elegantly set table, I knew there was a special day in store for us.
The room was decorated beautifully, the appetizers were temptingly displayed, the cooking class demonstration was interesting and informative, and preparing and cooking the food together was so much fun! Then eating the DELICIOUS food was extremely satisfying, having the time to open gifts and play some games without feeling rushed was a bonus, and the portfolio filled with all the recipes of the day was the cherry on top! It was an absolutely perfect afternoon!
I wanted to do something a little "out-of-the-box" and having the shower at Elegant Eating was the perfect venue for that. I have been receiving e-mails and phone calls from my guests all day. I thought you would enjoy knowing what they had to say, so I'd like to share some of the comments I heard over and over again with you:
"That was the best shower I ever went to!"
"The food was to die for!!"
"What a clever idea.where did you find this place?"
"I can't wait to make some of the recipes for my family!"
"I'm looking for an excuse to make a party so that I can celebrate an occasion at Elegant Eating too!!"
What more could I ask for.it was not only a perfect day for me, but an enjoyable day for my guests as well. And most importantly, the bride-to-be was thrilled! She thanked me again and again for planning such a special event for her friends and family.
So thanks again for all you did to enhance my celebration and create a special memory!

Dear Myra: We can't thank you enough for making our son's birthday party a rwounding success. The food was wonderful, the servers, Linda, Judy, and Luis were very professional and thorough. You were right! From the moment they came into the house they took over. My husband and I had nothing to do but play host. The needs of all our guests were satisfied completely. No one had to wait long for an appetizer, a main course dish, or a drink. Thank you again for making our party an outstanding success.

I just wanted to thank you for all your help and suggestions in organizing my sister's Sweet 16 Luau this past Saturday. Everything was a success the food was amazing, people are still talking about it. Susan and Tom from Immaculate Reception were awesome, they were so organized and professional. I recently attended an out of state party and as I walked into the party room, the hostess said to me "this is the best caterer in the area, but of course, not as good as yours." They wish Elegant Eating was in their neighborhood.

The party we had was OVER THE TOP FABULOUS!!! You did a magnificent job and I am eternally grateful. I am so glad I pestered you into coming to me. It was well worth the extra 4 hours of drive and traffic time. The food was outrageous!!! Delicious and beautiful. I could not believe how creative some of the items were (the "garden franks-"-HOW CUTE!!) Your presentation is exquisite.
And your staff is equally exquisite!!! Diane and Luis were smart, helpful, pleasant, and overall, wonderful. The house looked so festive and fun. We really had a blast. And you know what? Everyone stayed. There were still people here when Diane and Luis left! Words fail to express how grateful I am to you. Thanks again.

Thank you both for your patience and we look forward to seeing you both on our anniversary, if not sooner.
By the way, we cannot tell you how much our guests were raving about all the food, especially the mini burgers, the garden franks and of course the mashed potato and macaroni bar. One girl ate 3 helpings of the macaroni and had to be pulled away by her fiancee.
Thanks again and please also thank the staff again for us. We still cannot believe how accommodating everyone was given the location switch at the last minute.

Your talents for going “above & beyond” in everything you do showed through magnificently.
Though the occasion was a solemn one, the appreciation for the artistic display and the very tasty Hye Rollers, the elaborate veggie & cheese displays and the yummy homemade cookies helped to make it a warm and comforting day as well. And thanks too, for the Marshmallow basket as well… those disappeared quickly.
