Just catching up on my "Thank-You's" to you. Spent the rest of the week out east after the wedding and brunch. Now back to reality...work!!! Just wanted to tell you that there are no words I can say to tell you how comfortable we were from the minute I emailed you, with the lack of no phone calls and emails in getting back to you, and your patience in dealing with a customer like me, to the walking into my backyard and feeling the "ease".
The food, presentation, staff, "take charge" made my daughter's "After they say 'I do' brunch", just so enjoyable, pleasing, and wonderful. I can use so many more adjectives but I am just trying to convey "Thank you" for such a magnificent job well done. I think I might be very fond of "Google", since that's how I got to meet you. Very special service and comfortable to know that I have a place to call and in just 5 days everything would be done to "perfection". Immaculate Reception compliments you and you compliment them. Great combo.

The wait staff and kitchen staff were the greatest, the food was abundant, delicious and beautifully prepared and displayed. We were so happy. Just a quick thank you to you and your staff. The cocktail party was a success. Diane, Linda and Luis are such professionals. They zoomed in on the guests who were vegetarians. I love that they come in and take charge. Please schedule them in again for next year.
The food was, as always, excellent.
I'm working on the menu for next year. The (what my guests called) Nacho shooters were excellent and we'll have to order more of those next year.

I just wanted to thank you and your staff for a most enjoyable evening. My daughter and I came to your class May 12th. Steak and Cake. I'm sure you'll remember us. First of all, it was a gift from my daughter to me for my birthday and mothers day. And we were the ones that kind of got lost!! We had a blast. I can't wait to come back. And I will!! Everyone else was so friendly. Even sharing the wine. We didn't know you could bring your own. But we do now! Again, thank you for a great evening. Could not let this event in my life go by without taking a moment to Thank You and your wonderful staff for making my party one of the most memorable of my life. My husband and I have been working since February to clean out 25 years of accumulation in an effort to join both our children in California~ A party was the furthest thing from my mind right now. When Kim invited us over for a "relaxing" Mother's Day Dinner, little did I know what was in store for us. The food, the drinks and especially the presentation of that Dessert Table was over the top. The fact that Marika was able to work so comfortably with you from so far away was a compliment to you and your operation. I couldn't overlook you and the group you sent to Kim's house when it came to writing Thank Yous ~ You certainly know what the word ELEGANT means. Your efforts were greatly appreciated.

I wanted to write you before I even get on the plane back to Los Angeles. Thank you so very much for making my parents good-bye party all that I hoped it would be! I can't even find the appropriate words to describe how attentive, efficient, professional and warm your staff was. All of their hard work truly made the party a success and Kim, her husband Ivan and I were able to be guests and completely enjoy. In addition, our guests were totally blown away by the excellent service your staff provided.
Thank you for suggesting the martini desserts. What a hit! The presentation alone was amazing but then I tried half of each and both were delicious!
If I ever have the occasion to throw another party on Long Island, I would love to work with you again!

Dear Myra and Neil,
I am writing this note to thank you for helping me make my future daughter-in-law the most fabulous bridal shower ever!!! It was everything I hoped for and more.and I'm tough to please! From the moment I walked in and saw the elegantly set table, I knew there was a special day in store for us.
The room was decorated beautifully, the appetizers were temptingly displayed, the cooking class demonstration was interesting and informative, and preparing and cooking the food together was so much fun! Then eating the DELICIOUS food was extremely satisfying, having the time to open gifts and play some games without feeling rushed was a bonus, and the portfolio filled with all the recipes of the day was the cherry on top! It was an absolutely perfect afternoon!
I wanted to do something a little "out-of-the-box" and having the shower at Elegant Eating was the perfect venue for that. I have been receiving e-mails and phone calls from my guests all day. I thought you would enjoy knowing what they had to say, so I'd like to share some of the comments I heard over and over again with you:
"That was the best shower I ever went to!"
"The food was to die for!!"
"What a clever idea.where did you find this place?"
"I can't wait to make some of the recipes for my family!"
"I'm looking for an excuse to make a party so that I can celebrate an occasion at Elegant Eating too!!"
What more could I ask for.it was not only a perfect day for me, but an enjoyable day for my guests as well. And most importantly, the bride-to-be was thrilled! She thanked me again and again for planning such a special event for her friends and family.
So thanks again for all you did to enhance my celebration and create a special memory!
